8.2 Digital Products and Online Masterclasses
Where digital content, recordings, downloads, toolkits, or online webinars or masterclasses are made available immediately upon purchase, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that once access begins your statutory 14-day cancellation right is waived. No refunds will be provided once digital content has been accessed, streamed, downloaded or viewed, except where required by law.
8.3 Programmes
Programme fees are non-refundable once access to materials, portals, sessions or digital resources has been granted.
8.4 Statutory Cooling-Off Period
Where you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the digital content waiver above applies.
